These drives are all over eBay with FW v1.0, I just did a quick search and found at least 5. This guy has modified his to use SD cards https://yamahamusicians.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12866 but you see in the photos his drive is a UJDA360 which are also readily available, not what you where looking ...

Try this, does not work for all but it can't hurt to try, Select the 'Smart Hub' button, Go to the icons at the bottom, select "Samsung Apps" or "Media App", Samsung Apps icon will now appear, Click on Samsung Apps and all the Apps will now start to install again.
