ShoutBox for General chat ?

Hello Community Admins,
I have came up with a new suggestion which is to add a shoutbox in this forum below these boards. Because, it is a good option to leave a simple notification as well as it will make it easier to connecti with other forum users and have some little chit chat. Chat about anything.
